Dear Brothers of the MAAC,

This message serves as the official invitation for all Brothers to register and attend the 34th Annual Mid-Atlantic Association of Alpha Phi Alpha Chapters (MAAC) District Conference.

This year’s District Conference will take place in person from Friday, November 7 to Saturday, November 8, 2025, at the University of the District of Columbia (4200 Connecticut Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20008).

Our conference theme is: Retention. Accountability. Communication. Efficiency.

The attire for all attendees:

• Friday, November 7 (Community Service): Alpha Paraphernalia
• Friday, November 7 (Public Program): Suit and Tie or Blazer, Slacks, and Tie
• Friday, November 7 (Scholar’s Bowl, Step Show, and Pageant): Alpha Paraphernalia
• Saturday, November 8 (Conference Sessions): Alpha Attire (Black Suit, White Shirt, Black and/or Gold Tie)

Please note the following:

• Vendors will be on site Friday and Saturday.
• A Brotherhood Fellowship will take place after the Conference.
• A light breakfast and a hot lunch will be provided.
• No recordings or pictures are permitted during business sessions. An official photographer will be present to capture conference highlights.

We are excited to come together as Brothers to engage in meaningful business sessions, reconnect socially, and strengthen our professional and fraternal bonds. We encourage you to register as soon as possible to confirm your participation in this important event.

As a reminder, each chapter is required to register its full delegate strength as certified during the most recent Regional Convention.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All brothers must register by no later than Friday, October 24, 2025, to avoid a $25 late
fee per registration. Chapter Presidents will receive a message requesting confirmation of the delegates as
registered the week of our district conference.
