I hope this message finds you well.

I am pleased to announce that registration for the 2026 Eastern Region College Brother Retreat is now open. Registration opens today, July 15, and will close on August 13.

This year’s retreat will be held September 11th–13th, 2026, at Rowan University. Please mark your calendars accordingly, as attendance is mandatory for each chapter’s delegation.

As a reminder, each chapter is required to send the following delegation:

• Chapter President or Chapter Vice President
• Chapter Secretary or Chapter Dean

Please take note of the following important information:

Chapters that do not satisfy the required registration and attendance requirements will not be approved to conduct the Membership Development Process (IMDP) during the upcoming fraternal year.
