2025 PAAC District Conference

Greetings Brothers of the PAAC,
First of All, Servants of All, We Shall Transcend All.
In accordance with Article II, Section 6.5 of the Pennsylvania Association of Alpha Chapters (PAAC) Constitution, we are pleased to invite you to the 2025 PAAC District Conference, taking place October 31 – November 1, 2025, in Montgomery County, PA (an adjacent suburb of Philadelphia), hosted by Sigma Mu Lambda.
This year’s conference theme is:
“Collective Power, Premier Future: Moving as One.”
Coming off the heels of hosting the 98th General Convention in Philadelphia, this theme was developed to build upon the momentum of our Brotherhood gathering. It underscores the importance of collective action and the power of unity in advancing Alpha’s mission across the Commonwealth. In today’s evolving social and political climate, our theme reminds us that the time is always now to lead proactively and to unite for impactful change.
At this year’s conference, we will continue advancing the business of Alpha while also exploring forward-thinking strategies to propel our district into a premier future. You can expect dynamic workshops, meaningful fraternal engagement, community impact initiatives, and an update on the state of PAAC. The conference will begin Friday morning with a community service project and will conclude with our final business session on Saturday.
Conference Highlights Include:
- Vision for Advancing PAAC
- Vendor Opportunities
- PAAC University (Workshops)
- Community Service Project
- Fraternal Luncheon
- Brotherhood Smoke
Registration is now open! We encourage all Brothers to take advantage of the regular registration rate before the price increases on September 27, 2025. Registration will officially close at 11:59 PM on October 12, 2025.
We ask that all Brothers plan to arrive on Thursday evening (October 30, 2025), as Friday will begin promptly with our service initiative.
We look forward to your full engagement in this year’s District Conference and strongly encourage all Brothers to register and attend. There is strength in our Collective Power.
