In accordance with the ALPHA PHI ALPHA FRATERNITY – BY-LAWS, Article I §2.11 and Article IX §4, and the ALPHA PHI ALPHA FRATERNITY OFFICIAL REGULATIONS AND GOVERNING POLICY GUIDANCE §II.4.2, the EASTERN REGION OF ALPHA PHI ALPHA FRATERNITY is hereby placed under a targeted moratorium relative to membership intake activities.
